With a focus on treating children, adolescents, and adults up to 65 years old, Lesley specializes in psychopharmacology, offering tailored medication management alongside holistic interventions. While she doesn't sub-specialize in addictions or geriatrics, Lesley provides pharmacogenetic DNA testing through platforms like Genomind and GeneSight for appropriate patients, ensuring precision in treatment. Lesley's treatment philosophy centers on individualized, empathic, and collaborative care, recognizing the importance of addressing both the brain and the mind. While Lesley's practice does not accept insurance, she provides invoices for out-of-pocket reimbursement, prioritizing the well-being and recovery of each individual she serves.

Week 4-6: Development
Create mockups for the website design

Begin coding the website

Make any final revisions based on client feedback and testing results.
Obtain approval from the client for the completed website, logo and forms.
Set up website hosting and domain registration if necessary.
Launch the website, logo and forms to the public.
Provide training to the client on how to manage and update the website content.

Clear Communication: Effective communication is key to the success of any project. I will maintain open lines of communication to keep you informed about the project's progress and any upcoming milestones. If I anticipate any delays, l will promptly notify you and discuss potential solutions to minimize their impact.
Flexible Scheduling: I recognize that schedules can shift, and unexpected challenges may arise. I am committed to being flexible and accommodating reasonable adjustments to the timeline to ensure the project stays on course.
Deadline Extensions: If circumstances beyond your control cause delays in providing input, feedback, or necessary materials, I am willing to consider deadline extensions upon mutual agreement. Our priority is to work together to find solutions that best meet your needs.
Conditional Milestones: Some project milestones may be contingent upon receiving timely input or approvals from your end. If there are delays in providing this input or approval, I’ll adjust subsequent milestones/timelines accordingly to maintain progress.
Additional Charges: While I strive to deliver projects within the agreed-upon scope and budget, significant disruptions to the project timeline may incur additional charges if they require extensive revisions or changes to the original scope of work. I will discuss any potential additional charges with you transparently and provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances.
Collaboration: Your active involvement and timely responses are essential to keeping the project on track. I value your input and insights and look forward to collaborating closely with you throughout the project's duration.
Professional Confidentiality: Confidentiality is paramount in all aspects of my work. Rest assured, your information, discussions and project details will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with ethical standards governing healthcare practice.
