Konstantinos Prentzas, President of Midland Payment Services and MPS Technologies, has over 15 years of experience in the payment services industry. Price Package $1500.

price does not include first year housed on squarespace, price is $192 a year. Prices might go up yearly

timeline

Weeks 1-2: Design Phase

  • rework current logo

  • I will set up a zoom call and go over designs.

Week 3-5: Development

  • Create mockups for the website design

  • Present website design concepts.

  • Begin coding the website

  • Implement basic forms for contact information and inquiries.

  • if needed 2nd round of logo designs with colors

  • print collateral will be presented at this time (virtual business card, hard business card, signature plates + ad)

  • I will set up a zoom call and go over

Week 6-7: Content Creation and Testing

  • Populate the website with finalized content, including text, images and multimedia.

  • Integrate advanced forms for specific business needs (e.g., appointment scheduling, quote requests).

  • Conduct thorough testing of website functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness.

  • Make any final revisions based on client feedback and testing results.

  • Obtain approval from the client for the completed website, logo and forms.

  • Set up website hosting and domain registration if necessary.

  • Launch the website, logo and forms to the public.

  • Monitor website performance and make adjustments as needed.

  • I will set up a zoom call

This timeline allows for a structured approach to developing essential branding elements for a small business while accommodating client feedback and ensuring a smooth launch process.

As we embark on this exciting project together, I want to ensure our collaboration is as smooth and efficient as possible. However, I understand that unforeseen delays can sometimes arise. Here's how I plan to address any potential delays to keep the project on track:

  1. Clear Communication: Effective communication is key to the success of any project. I will maintain open lines of communication to keep you informed about the project's progress and any upcoming milestones. If I anticipate any delays, l will promptly notify you and discuss potential solutions to minimize their impact.

  2. Flexible Scheduling: I recognize that schedules can shift, and unexpected challenges may arise. I am committed to being flexible and accommodating reasonable adjustments to the timeline to ensure the project stays on course.

  3. Deadline Extensions: If circumstances beyond your control cause delays in providing input, feedback, or necessary materials, I am willing to consider deadline extensions upon mutual agreement. Our priority is to work together to find solutions that best meet your needs.

  4. Conditional Milestones: Some project milestones may be contingent upon receiving timely input or approvals from your end. If there are delays in providing this input or approval, I’ll adjust subsequent milestones/timelines accordingly to maintain progress.

  5. Additional Charges: While I strive to deliver projects within the agreed-upon scope and budget, significant disruptions to the project timeline may incur additional charges if they require extensive revisions or changes to the original scope of work. I will discuss any potential additional charges with you transparently and provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances.

  6. Collaboration: Your active involvement and timely responses are essential to keeping the project on track. I value your input and insights and look forward to collaborating closely with you throughout the project's duration.

  7. Professional Confidentiality: Confidentiality is paramount in all aspects of my work. Rest assured, your information, discussions and project details will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and in accordance with ethical standards governing healthcare practice.
