South Shore Speech, Language & Swallowing Disorders is a family-owned Long Island practice dedicated to providing personalized speech, language and swallowing therapy for both children and adults. The scope of work includes a strategic update of the existing website focused on improving structure, simplifying content and enhancing overall usability. This will involve reorganizing pages, refining messaging for clarity and modernizing the design to create a more engaging and intuitive experience.
Additional updates will include improved homepage messaging, integration of fillable digital forms, incorporation of updated visuals, basic SEO optimization (including page titles, descriptions and overall structure) and optimization across all devices to ensure the site functions effectively and reflects the quality of the business.

price does not include first year housed on squarespace, price is $192 a year. Prices might go up yearly. I can always get a 20% discount
timeline
4-Week Project Timeline
Weeks 1–2:
Planning & Structure
Review current site, organize contentand establish updated sitemap (wireframe) and layout direction.
Weeks 3–4: Design Phase
Homepage and key page designs will be created and refined based on feedback.
Weeks 4–5: Development
Implementation of updated design, content integration and form setup.
Week 5+: Finalization & Launch Prep
Final content adjustments, testing and preparation for launch (Changes can be made and updated imagery if applicaple).Ensuring Smooth Progress + Confidentiality
Clear Communication: Regular updates on progress; prompt alerts about potential delays.
Flexible Scheduling: I will accommodate reasonable timeline adjustments if challenges arise.
Deadline Extensions: If feedback or materials are delayed, we will adjust timeline as needed (within reason).
Additional Charges: Significant changes or disruptions may incur extra charges—these will be discussed transparently.
Confidentiality: All project information will be treated as strictly confidential.
